Senior Director of Partnerships & Development

Sarah Dixon is a member of the Iowa Primary Care Association, InConcertCare, Inc., and IowaHealth+ leadership team and currently serves as the Senior Director of Partnerships & Development. She is responsible for developing partnerships and implementing development-focused tactics to accomplish revenue diversification and expansion of the health center movement. She is also responsible for managing the Partnerships & Development business unit and ensuring organizational annual revenue goals are met. Sarah works to proactively identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, identify opportunities for statewide strategic growth, is responsible for annual scenario planning, and identifies and scopes emerging and innovative policy and programming. Sarah received a BA in Economics from Grinnell College and a Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis in public policy from Drake University.
