The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Outpatient Physician for a Community Health Center in Keokuk, IA.
Practice Details:
- Clinic Hours: M/T/W/F 7a-5pm, Thursday 7a-7p. Provider will work 40 hours/week. 36 patient contact hours during open clinic time; 4 hours admin time.
- Patients: 16-24 per day
- Number of Exam Rooms: 2-3 per provider
- Current Staff: 1 Family Medicine Physician, 4 FNP, 1 Psych NP, 1 Behavioral Health Therapist, 1 Pediatric NP, 1 CMA or LPN/provider, 1 RN Patient Care Manager to support medical clinic.
- Call: After-hours phone triage is shared
- Additional info: 0.8 of time spent in Keokuk Clinic & 0.2 spent in Hamilton Clinic; Needs to be willing to acquire Iowa license for Hamilton Clinic.
