Ted Boesen, Chief Executive Officer of the Iowa Primary Care Association, was honored today with the Norton Wilson State/Regional Leadership Award at the 2018 National Association of Community Health Centers Community Health Institute (CHI) and Expo.

The award was established in 2001 in recognition of Norton Wilson’s invaluable contributions to the community health center movement as director of CHCs of Arkansas, Inc. The award is presented to an outstanding staff member of a NACHC-chartered State or Regional Primary Care Association who exemplifies leadership excellence in the primary care association arena.

Ted joined the Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA), then known as the Iowa/Nebraska Primary Care Association, as Executive Director in July of 2000.  He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Iowa PCA, INConcertCare, Inc., and IowaHealth+. Ted also serves on the National Association of Community Health Centers Board of Directors.
