Chief Transformation Officer


Jennifer serves as Chief Transformation Officer at the Iowa Primary Care Association, where she oversees strategic initiatives to drive healthcare practice transformation and delivery across Iowa. She leads efforts to advance value-based care, integrated health strategies, quality improvement, training and consulting to support health centers and behavioral health providers in enhancing quality and outcomes.

Previously, Jennifer held senior leadership positions at health and well-being improvement organizations, where she led initiatives to strengthen community health, advance prevention efforts, and reduce health risks and costs. Through strategic partnerships with providers, payors, and community coalitions, she played a pivotal role in scaling community health initiatives from early pilot programs to a national scale.

Jennifer also brings expertise in consulting, community-based initiatives, program development, advocacy, and public policy. She has led state efforts to strengthen the health workforce, improve healthcare access, and enhance health services through stakeholder-driven policies and partnerships. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Drake University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Buena Vista University.
