Family Nurse Practitioner - Storm Lake, IA

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a community health center in Storm Lake, Iowa.

Position Details:

• Clinic Hours: 8AM – 5PM (Mon – Fri); 8AM – 12PM Saturday
• Provider Schedule: 4 – 5 days/32-40 hours rotating Saturday morning.
• Evening or weekends: Rotation of Saturday morning from 8AM – 12 PM; Thursday until 6PM
• Avg # of patients/day: 15-18
• Number of Exam Rooms for position: 4-5
• Current Provider Staff: 1 FM Physician, 2 FM APRNs
• Supervisory responsibilities: none
• Call: none at this time
• Ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, but not required.
• EHR: Currently Athena, Epic coming in 2023
