Clinic Manager- Des Moines, IA

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a Clinic Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish for a Health Center in Des Moines, IA.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish is required.
  • Supervise and administer the day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Provide team direction and guidance and monitor required documentation along with technology needs and additional facets of clinic operations.
  • Ensure all Proteus program requirements and goals are satisfactorily met on an ongoing basis
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Travel to Iowa City and Fort Dodge clinic locations once per week.
