AHEAD Virtual Education Sessions: SDOH Foundation 1A

Based on the networkwide health equity needs assessment and informant interviews completed in 2022, these areas presented an educational opportunity for all health center staff. These topics are a strategic priority of our network and it’s continued vision toward health equity for all. Four virtual sessions will be hosted on Wednesday, April 26th so that all health center staff have the opportunity to attend.

Intended Audience: All health center staff from all service lines and departments are welcomed and encouraged to attend. While the session topics do build on one another and we encourage participants to attend as many as possible, attendance is not required at every session.
