Consumer Advisory Committee. There shall be a Consumer Advisory Committee which provides advice to the Board on Company policies and programs including, but not limited to, policies and programs related to cultural competency; outreach plans; and beneficiary educational materials, prevention programs, and satisfaction surveys.
