IowaHealth+ Operating Agreement – Committee Description

6.15 Consumer Advisory Committee. There shall be a Consumer Advisory Committee which provides advice to the Board on Company policies and programs including, but not limited to, policies and programs related to cultural competency; outreach plans; and beneficiary educational materials, prevention programs, and satisfaction surveys.

Participation is required and tracked for the Participation Standards

Attendees include: Certified Application Counselors, Registration Leadership, other health center leadership as identified by the health center. (Members only)
